It states the person's IC window is open in the instant messgaing or something but i still get no replay. Am i being rejected or is this a technical issue lol 8)

As far as we can tell, the IM system is working correctly.

You can test it yourself by IM'ing yourself.

You should see the window open and the text you send and receive.

We cannot speak to why the member you contacted did not respond to your IM.

I seem to remember I used to use a chat room or IM thing which allowed me to put myself on ignore. I liked that feature!
